A: To measure with Inspector you will need a compatible temperature probe available for purchase in our shop. You will also need to download our free Inspector App, available for both iOS and Android devices.

A: Inspector products are turned on simply by giving the unit a quick shake. Depending on the unit you've purchased, the device will either automatically transmit data to the app, or prompt you to pair the Bluetooth device to your smartphone or tablet. Paired devices will automatically turn off when you close out of the app on your phone or tablet, and "EZ" connected devices will simply turn themselves off after an hour.

A: Inspector products are charged via micro USB cable. Each inspector product includes a charging cable with the packaging.

A: The Inspector EZ instantly transmits data to the app once you turn it on. The Inspector Pro requires you to pair with the Bluetooth device, establishing your connection.
